Where do you work?
I tattoo out of my apartment in Pittsburgh, PA that I share with my partner and our two cats. Please let me know if you have any allergies to cats. Once appointment details are confirmed, I'll send you the exact address.

How can I book a tattoo with you?

I am coming to Pittsburgh in X month, can I book a spot now?
Yes, please fill out the booking form and I will try my best to work with your schedule.

What are your prices?
Beginning January 2025, I will charge a minimum rate of $70 (with my designs typically ranging from $100–250), and require a $50 deposit upfront. Final price will be dependent on the size and complexity of the design.
I offer a reduced rate for QTBIPOC folks – please mention this if it applies to you on my booking form.
I want to ensure everyone has equitable access to my tattoo services, regardless of their financial situation. If you have concerns over pricing, I am happy to have a conversation about how we can make your tattoo dreams work within your budget.

How can I best prepare for my tattoo?
Show up well-rested and well-hydrated! Make sure you eat beforehand, and feel free to bring snacks to help keep your energy up! Wear comfy clothes and bring a change of clothes if you're getting tattooed in an area that's hard to access.

Do you repeat flash?
I do repeat flash pieces; however, I always try to modify the tattoo to make it unique and original – either by changing up the colors or tweaking the design a little bit. If you choose a flash piece I have already tattooed, we can consult together to come up with a final design.

Do you do custom tattoos?
Yes! I love doing custom designs that match my style and bring out something fun and personal. If you've got a fun idea, let me know and we can make it happen!

Is tipping required?
I do not expect tips – given that my clients and I agree on a price prior to their appointment, I do not expect them to budget for more than they have agreed to pay. This is a personal choice and if you prefer to tip, I will not turn tips away, but I also do not expect them.

Are you open to trades?
I am open to trading goods and services for tattoos. If you would like to discuss a potential trade, you can say so in your booking form or send me an email/DM. Trades I am especially interested in include: tattoo, massage, herbal medicine, textile-related skills, jewelry, stained glass art, up-cycled clothing, knitwear, auto mechanical services.

What should I do if I want a touch-up on my tattoo?
I offer free touch-ups. If you'd like a touch-up after your tattoo has healed for a month, just shoot me an email at [email protected] with the subject "touch up." I'll get back to you as soon as I can!

Do you do color tests?
A color patch test is a small application of various tattoo colors with the intention of seeing how each color heals. If you'd like a color test to see how a design will look before committing, send me an email and we can set something up.

I love your designs but I live nowhere near Pittsburgh, can I have another artist tattoo them?
Right now, I'm not open to other artists tattooing my designs. If you let me know what city you're based out of, I can look into potentially guesting there, if the opportunity presents itself.

What can I expect during our tattoo session?
When you arrive, we'll have a quick chat about the design and I'll print out a few different sizes to make sure the tattoo stencil is just right for placement. I will shave down the area getting tattooed, apply the tattoo stencil and once the stencil is dry enough, I'll start tattooing! After the tattoo is finished, I'll take some photos (with your consent!) and apply Derm Shield, a transparent adhesive bandage that will protect the tattoo from dirt and bacteria while it heals. I'll also go over aftercare instructions to make sure your new tattoo heals perfectly!
